Shipping is free on every order. We ship with USPS.

We’ll email when your order goes out. Handmade snares are built to order.

Returns & exchanges

Thank you for choosing The Rocket Snare — handmade crabbing gear designed and built by us.

Because each snare is handcrafted and made to order (3D-printed, integrated weight, cage-style sides), all sales are final. We don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or preference.

We stand behind our work. If your snare arrives damaged in shipping, has a manufacturing defect (our fault — not normal wear or misuse), or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with: clear photos · order number · short description.

If USPS marks a package delivered and it isn’t there, or tracking shows it lost, contact us within 14 days. We’ll review with USPS and work a make-right (reship or refund).

We’ll review covered issues quickly and choose a fair make-right — repair, replace, or refund.
